We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must either be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to return item
1.Contact us: at info@stylores.com with order number and reason for return.
2. Repack item: Repack item in original packaging with all accessories, tags, or documents.
3. Send package back: Drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location as per the instructions in the return authorization email.
4. Item gets returned: We then inspect to make sure item meets return criteria
Return Costs
For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to you, the customer. This applies when you purchase the wrong product, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the returned item(s) without any restocking deductions.
Who pays for return label
The cost for the return label is the customers responsibility.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use, or that are not in their original condition, will not be accepted for a return.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be approved only for items that are unworn and returned in their original condition. Products that have been worn, used, altered, or are not in the same condition as originally received will not qualify for an exchange.
Refund Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method with a refund processing time of 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
